Cps school: major renovation of an existing 170,000sf elementary school into a high school for the performing arts. major areas of renovation include ada upgrades (door hardware, ada entrance, elevator, lula, ramps, bathroom fixtures, unisex bathrooms, etc), finish upgrades, masonry repair, changes to mechanical systems, selective lighting replacement, new security system and changes to room layouts / functions. there are also performance-related changes in the existing auditorium, gymnasium and two classrooms that include pipe grid for mounting of performance lighting / audio systems and new curtains. there are very minimal site improvements, related to a new ada entrance, chiller enclosure and elevator addition. zoning required improvements were made on a previously-completed project. **certified plan corrections project - conditional permit: subject to field inspections **
