Ogden Commons, to be developed by Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), Sinai Health System, Cinespace Chicago Film Studios, and Habitat Company. The first phase will have 45K SF of commercial & office space, 15K SF of retail space and some of the dwelling units. The Planned Development will establish 3 subareas and a maximum 377 dwelling units, commercial space, accessory parking spaces and open space to be built in phases. The buildings will not exceed 55’ in height.
