Four vacant buildings would be demolished. There would be a performance theater run by Urban Theater Company, a groundfloor commercial space, and 24 affordable live/work spaces for tenants with incomes ranging from 30 to 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI): 8 studios, 8 one-bedrooms, and 8 two-bedrooms. To be co-owned and developed by Brinshore and the Puerto Rican Cultural Center. Rents will range from $690 to $1,160.
