Proposed Projects is one of our lead gen tools

  • Proposed Projects - Filter by project type, size, and get contact info for the project owner
  • Building Permits Browser - Find projects at later stages that may still need vendors and additional services
  • Contractor & Developer Profiles - Find potential clients in your industry or subindustry

Lead gen tools are available in the Real Estate Pro and Leads membership packages.

Download the data

Downloading the data requires a Cityscape Real Estate Pro or Cityscape Leads membership (request a demo).

The default search radius for "Transit proximity" is 1,320 feet (1/4 mile), which is the default maximum distance a property can be from an eligible transit facility (all CTA stations, all Metra stations, and selected bus route corridors) for a development (new, or existing) to qualify for the Chicago "Transit-Served Location" ordinance. Use the "Filter by transit proximity" to increase the distance.

Past newsletters

Chicago Cityscape sends Cityscape Leads and Cityscape Real Estate Pro members two visually-rich Proposed Projects newsletter per month. Each newsletter features five projects that were added the previous month.
